Ice and Water not dispensing. Light button not working

There's an ice- or water-dispensing problem The ice and water-dispensing system of your refrigerator is quite complex. Many components work together to provide the ice and water. Aside from a simple problem of a leaky water tube or a jammed ice chute, most other components are not user serviceable. We suggest that you contact a qualified appliance repair technician for such repairs.

Control panel off lights in fridge and freezer on but not working

Unfortunately the control panel is probably defective. But check for power to the panel. This controls the temp of the freezer, fridge and the solenoid control valves for the water and ice maker. What is the Year, Model and Make of the refrigerator?

I own a Thermador Freedom Collection 18 inch Built-in Freezer Column with Exterior Ice and Water Dispenser Model T18ID80NRP and have had this unit for approx. 2 years as a companion unit to my Thermador...

No solution but just a warning. We had this same thing happen. They sent a repairman to replace the control board. Then did it again. Just before Christmas, the WATER started dispensing by itself. Luckily, I was nearby and heard it or the damage would have been extensive from flooding. They are now 'working on' getting a response from Thermador. I feel like this thing is just a homeowners claim waiting to happen.

The fridge of my American style fridge/freezer is

You can use a hairdryer on the frozen parts.
The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper) between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp ..

could be the dispenser board or the main board. hard to sort out without a meter. most likely the dispenser board but i have seen a dispenser board go bad and smoke the main board if that is the case you can damage the new component so check out the cost on the parts
