You either have a problem with your power supply board or main board. I would start with having the power supply fuse checked as well as the power supply board!

This tv only a week olds,should never having this problems already.The tv should be return and get a new tv for the replacement,this tv have tv Tuner signal board or tv power supply board distrubution problems.Even when the store test it out it work,don't take that tv back.Insit they give a new tv for the replacement.

Tries unplug,replug tv again an hour later.The tv now is resetting back to factory setting.Tv should work now.Not,than the power supply board is dead.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

u shld chek in the settin ....it might b the pblm in ur tv settin..therr ll b one signl in ur tv emot tht shows th i+ symbol click tht n go through tht ..

When I power my Sony lcd 42 inch the red light blinks then I push the power button the green standbye light just continues to blink, any suggestions

I finally managed to solve this problem by unplugging everything - scarts - HDD cables - power etc and left it for an hour. When I turned it back on again the problem had sorted itself out.

Similar problem. Unplug for 36 hours solved the problem.
