The Top Drawer on my Fisher Paykel DD24DCX7 Dishwasher is not working.
As soon I start any cycle it starts up then stops soon after and I get the blinking Icon of the Dish and Cup. I can't seem to find a way to access the error codes. I have: - cleaned the filter and blown out the fill length of drain house right back to the sink connection. - removed the pump and checked it and swapped it with the one from the lower drawer - no - cleaned the inside hole where the pump sits back to filter

The likely reason for top drawer not starting wash program when you press start button is the drawer home sensor is either faulty or the drawer is misaligned. This means controller thinks the drawer is open and does not start the cycle.
If the cycle is complete and dishes are clean, then you need to worry. Try to pull the drain hose up a bit under the sink. Also buy a Finish dishwasher cleaning kit and run dishwasher as per instructions on the kit. That should clean any obsrtuctions in the drain side.
It is likely the top panel of the drawer needs cleaning. First turn off the mains power to dishwasher and take the plug out if accessible. Wait a little and put the plug back and turn on the mains power. If this does not fix the problem, then get clean damp cloth and wipe the panel buttons on top inside of drawer.
The problem is linked to rotor operation during discharge cycle. By replacing the rotor with bottom will only address part of the problem. There is very likely some obstruction in the pump cavity. This is the small channel connecting the drain sump and the pump cavity. Grab a thin but rigid wire and clear this channel. Usually a bone chip or some seed. Also confirm if the top rotor worked ok when you moved it to the bottom drawer.
Check the filter sump is clear and there are no blockages in the rotor cavity. If you hear the rotor noise when it is in drain cycle then blockage is inside the rotor or filter sump cavity. Assuming the top drawer is working ok, the drain hose at kitchen end might be ok. The drain hose within the drawer could also be an issue. Try to run the dishwasher with a Finish dishwasher cleaning kit (from super market) after following the instructions on the kit. First empty dishwasher with a small cup. If the rotor is silent during drain cycle then you have a bigger problem - faulty rotor circuit.
When it stops and beeps can you tell me all lights that are on when you open the drawer cheers. also check to see if the water in the tub is hot if not you have a heating issue. either a faulty element or Mtr Controller module. try swapping the Mtr Controller module (computer board) from the top drawer to the bottom drawer and see if that moves the fault. cheers
does it trip power as soon as its plugged in.drain hose may have gotten kinked behind drawer and broke leaking on to power board behind lower drawer. THE POWER to this thing must be removed before taking anything apart on these dishwashers. IT IS RECCOMENDED TO HAVE A TRAINED TECH WORK ON THIS they are delicate good luck!
