Normally you look for the clock ot watch icon. Pressing it once will give you the option for 24 hours setting. Press it twice and it will give you the opportunity to set to 12 hours setting. Using the no. keypad, punch in the time and then repress the clock icon again.

For my microwave, I had to:
--hold the timer/clock button for 3 seconds
--select a 12-hour or 24-hour display
--enter the time
--press the timer/clock button.

If this doesn't work for your microwave, Google the model number of the microwave that's usually found on the back of the unit. Find the manual, and look up how to change the time.

Sure, here are the steps to set the clock on a Sharp microwave:

  1. Press the "Clock" button on the control panel.
  2. Use the number pads to enter the current time. For example, if it's currently 3:30 PM, enter "15:30."
  3. Press the "Clock" button again to save the time.
Your Sharp microwave's clock should now display the correct time. If you ever need to adjust the time, simply repeat these steps.

Normally on a Sharp, one of these key combinations will do it:

CLOCK > 1 > 2 > 3 > CLOCK

CLOCK > 1 > 2 > 3 > START

CLOCK > CLEAR > 1 > 2 > 3 > CLOCK

CLOCK > CLEAR > 1 > 2 > 3 > START

Cant set the clock

hi
In most brandsof microwave oven, you set the clock by one of these combinations of key presses:

Clock > time digits > Clock

Clock > Clear > time digits > Clock

Clock > time digits > Start

If that doesn't work, please reply back with your brand and full model number.
All the best and do rate this answer if u r satisfied.
