what PC not told what OS not told wow, hard hard quesitons. so here is all answers;. (hope)

logitech unifying usb device? means what?
first step is good batteries in any wireless device, fresh. not weak or dead bats.
    EX110
paired to WHAT? (no BT is connected via customs comms)
can I assume you read the manual for the EX110 first? this always works best. do that?
the ex110 is now 13 years old , did you expect it to work,? with batteries that old or parked for 13 years and the batteries leaked and the clips are rusted to deathh.? Looking first here is #1

4 batteries there 2 in kbd and 2 in mouse all 4 need to be fresh, say over 1.3vdc, 1.5vdc is best.
this system came new with a very custom RECEIVER USB< and has a connect button and is not bluetooth at all.

the old 2008 manual is a horror, ( and misses the FCC id for this device )

    Logitech Cordless Desktop EX110 (967561-0403)
PDI LZ047HR". (wireless adapter). Cordless Protocol 27 Mhz !!!!!!!!!!
there is no Cordless Protocol 27 Mhz, Bluetooth on earth this 100% hard custom RF comms by maker,
    as in Alien. comms.

    with support for
.Software Support (at release) SetPoint 4.80, SetPoint 3.10, SetPoint 2.60 (NOTE: Check website for the latest software release)
OS Support (at release) Windows XP, Windows XP x64, Windows Vista, Windows Vista x64 (SetPoint 4.80)
    Windows 2000 (SetPoint 3.10)
Windows 98, Windows ME (SetPoint 2.60)
    legacy this is.

    but this software may work
    SETPOINThttps://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articl...

Only the original receiver that came with it new works, and no others.

It's not BT
it's 13 years now, or sold new as NOS, new old stock but is 13years old? no way, NOS
the receiver is not BT. it is custom 27mHZ, alien protocol end to end.
the 4 batteries are dead, or worst, battery clip rusted to deathh
lost the receiver, as vast persons did, now? 13 years to do that, super easy.

If i do not get any usb reciever of wireless mouse then can i buy it from an other company

If it's a bluetooth mouse or a logitech unifying mouse then you can find a receiver elsewhere (not sure if the unifying receiver is ever sold separately). Other than that the wireless stick for each mouse is pre-paired with that mouse and I don't think you can get replacements even from the manufacturer.

Logitech M510 suddenly stopped working

What does the device manager say about the hardware?
It could be loss of the usb device controller. Windows XP is old and that is an indication that the hardware is old too.

How can i connect my ex110 with computer

Hello there.

  1. If your wireless keyboard came with a software CD, install that first.
  2. Then plug-in the USB receiver it came with it on a USB port on your computer.
  3. Put all the batteries on the keyboard and mouse.
  4. If it doesn't work, you may find a Connect button under the keyboard and / or mouse.
  5. You can find drivers and manuals for your keyboard and mouse here: http://www.logitech.com/en-au/433/154

How do I connect my wireless mouse?

a wireless keyboard or mouse mostly works in pairs and has a transmitter which normally should be connected to the computer's usb port. you may need to install the mouse driver depending on yuor OS. once this is done the mouse should automatically connect.
