Lightning struck Samsung LED tv Model UN65RU7100FXZA, Changed the Power source Board and Still not working
Not sure if just changing the board would fix it, and It didin't. There's no many more components there, speakers, and the main board.
Connecting it to the wall didn't even light up the red light in the bottom and nothing happened.
Any clue on what else I can try?

Test the power board for voltage at the 13v rail, if you see the correct voltage there your main in defective, if you don't see 13 volts there then you received a defective replacement power board. This model TV doesn't have the typical 3.3 or 5 volt standby voltage, it's processed via the main.

Chances of lightning damaging the power cord are slim to none, unfortunately it could be almost any board in the set, check the various power supply voltages on the boards and see if they are correct, almost every board has a power supply in it
any answer here will be pure guessing. and the cost versus the risk of not working by replacing all four boards may make it worth buying a new tv instead.
if you were to try and fix it i would not do anything more than trying to fix or replace the power supply board. . if the power surge has gone further in the electronics. its rarely worth trying to fix
I worked in a tv shop for many years...can be as simple as a fuse to literally handfuls of componenets or a fried board ( the actual board can swell up or burn) Homeowners renters insurance may cover it.
the fact that unit is nor working after a lightning strike means that all that you have done is to no avail and it will co9st more to continue with repairs than to replace the unit
use a quality power surge protector next time
Lightning damage can do a # on LCD TV's. I've seen cases where it took out power supplies and main boards at the same time. I'm not one who likes to use the "shot gun" approach. You would need to get the set professionally diagnosed in my opinion. Where did you get the main board from?? Are you sure it is a working board?
Yes,it repairable. The tv have power at all like the LED power light indication flashes?Yes,tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement. No power LED light indication all.The power supply board is dead and also the Tuner signal board is dead.Must replaced both boards.
