There are video links on this page. I am unable to find an exact product match but this seems to match the model letters although it includes a few more letters. There is always the option to call GE service.

GE side by side Refrigerator won't turn off

Did you turn the temperature settings all the way up? Set them both to the middle position and leave them there.

If not, the temperature sensor has failed, so the fridge always thinks it is too warm.

GE fridge and freezer running but nor cooling

You didn't give many details but if by not cooling you mean temperature is cool but not cool enough it could be that the cooling coils in the freezer section have iced up. This happens if the temperature sensor on the coils fails (among other things). Empty the freezer part and remove the cover to the coils, If they are full of ice/frost you have a defrost problem.

Have GE profile refrigerator. It is 3 years old.

OK check the Thermistor, the actual temperature sensor element, and or thermostat if it uses a separate feed.

Bottom freezer temperature rises as high as 35 degrees and drops only to a low of 15 degrees continually. ongoing for a month now. french doors fridge now has temp. fluxes within this past week. temp. goes...

check the defrost thermostat , and any temp sensor that can determine the freezer temperature.
If this fridge temperature is electronically controlled, the freezer control board must also be tested.

GE Profile Side by Side is getting too cold on the fridge side.

I have a GE refrigerator with the same problem of my food freezing in the refrigerator. I spoke to an appliance part person and they sold me a temperature sensor for 20 bucks. They said it would be located in the control panel, but I took the control panel off and can't find the sensor. I'm now looking on yahoo answers to find out where the sensor is located.

My Fridge is less than 2 yrs old. Yesterday I heard a clunking sound coming from the fridge

to clunk,
i have a GE model PDS22SFSALSS & it did the same thing...blinking LED & clicking, then LED went blank. i read that GE was having major problems w/ the mother board, (cost for part $ 153.75 & $79.95 for service call, they couldn't tell me the labor cost!! )on many models & were re-calling some. i called GE repair 4/8/08, got no help, then i called customer service & gave them my model & serial #. they said my box would be fixed (mutha bd swapped) for free. i bought it 10/05, they came the next day & installed new board free! start w/ GE 1-800-432-2737 .....good luck

GE profile fridge

Are numbers being displayed at all? If you want to confirm whether they are wrong or not, try putting a thermometer inside the fridge for about 10 minutes and check it against the temperature displayed. If it's wrong then it's probably the temperature sensor and would need to be replaced.

I suppose it's a long shot but could it be displaying 18 and feels more like 65? (Celcius vs. Farenheit)
