I can't figure out how to program my universal remote to my AC. The model is 42QH12-H, but it says the model number should be only 3-4 numbers. Does anyone know the model number for this model?

Find the owner's manual for the universal remote (you may have to get the pdf version online) and look up the model number for the tuner in the list of supported devices. The manual will have instructions for entering the code for that model number into the remote.

Unfortunately, Coby products do not have a universal code. Therefore, you wont be able to use a univercal remote control. However, the company will be to supply you with a replacement remote control.

Inside the manual you'll find ALL the code for MOST types of remotes & it also tells you how to programe them(VERY SIMPLE INSTURCTIONS)
