Flash the latest firmware first and, if that doesn't solve it, to replace the MCB. Flashing the firmware has worked well for other users with the same problem.
You will need to get a Konica Minolta Tech out to do this it requires access to Konica Minolta secure web site. they protect their Firmware.!!!! Need to get a tech out to do this. Might have a bad main board and or print controller board, also ask to have the firm ware up grade to latest.
