1. Push and hold the FIRST Option Button with LED top right.
2. Turn the Program's Selector Knob 2 clicks clockwise.
3. After about 5 seconds, release the FIRST Option Button.
4. If the previous procedure was correctly carried out, all LEDs are turned ON simultaneously.
5. Press the START/PAUSE Button to start the self test mode

5.5 Opening The Door (from user manual)

While a program or the 'Delay Start' is
operating, the appliance door is locked and
the display shows the indicator 'key symbol '.
First set the machine to PAUSE by pressing
the "Start/Pause" touchpad. Wait until the
door lock indicator 'the key symbol ' goes off, then the
door can be opened.
If the door lock indicator 'the key symbol ' does not
disappear, this means that the machine is
already heating and the water level is above
the bottom edge of the door or the drum is
turning. In this case the door CAN NOT be
opened.
If you can not open the door but
you need to open it you have to
switch the machine off by turn the
program selector knob to the
position " 0 " to deactivate the
appliance. After about 5 minutes the
door can be opened.
CAUTION !
Pay attention to the water level and water temperature.

on ur last wash did it spin ok or where the cloth a bit wetter than normal

sounds like overload protection is disabling the machine. it could be caused by a lot of reasons, the only advice I have is to check for a jammed drum, empty machine and see if drum turns freely. best luck to you.

Check if the lock is binding or the door switch is not being operated.

it might just need an update,if not the main board could be going to fail hope not ,not cheep

You mean it won't turn as in it is stuck? Or is it that the motor won't come on to turn it? Check door switch. Does dryer have power to it at all? Please rate my answer so I get points for it.

my hoover washing machine do not stop they show 1 min left . i was try serval time the happend is same and inside few water as well
