Most washers will have the service technician guide/wiring diagram information in an envelope attached somewhere inside the machine .... generally behind a panel that is not too hard to remove so the service technician can get to it easily. I am not familiar with your machine so I can not suggest which panel to remove to see if the information is there.

My Samsung washing machine WA10F4 does not drain
Remove the back panel of the machine and look for a fan belt that may have broken not allowing the pump to function at all.... if so replace the belt and wah your clothes. if it I still there then fill the tub half way and drain it if the belt doesn't move then replace the belt.. fill the tub half way and try it again...
