Viking 42" built-in units usually don't offer any door adjustments. If one of the doors are not closing well, check for obstructions blocking the door bins, worn door gasket, and possible door warp-age on the panel ready models. Viking did have top hinge recalls updating to the new "Cobra" hinge on many of their models which can be verified by calling viking and providing your full model/serial numbers. Check with your Viking rep. I have the same problem and got word from Viking they are coming up with a new hinge doorstop at different angles. It will come in a form of a kit. The one I'm getting is about 100 degree opening. The problem I had was the door was hitting and adjacent electric oven from Viking. It just swung too wide.
