from the ceramic or glass cook top will be a slow process cant scratch the top hope its not tuppa ware it will smoke plastic scraper or solid plastic spatula with hob off .. boiling water little at a time may have to low heat the hob again

There are possibly a number of options. It could be that in wiring the hob in you have disturbed the wiring for the oven. Normally the oven works off the main oven control switch on the panel and the hob could be wired into something else.
Is the oven totally dead no power at all for everything, or is the clock running but the oven will not switch on?
Ours started doing the same Displaying L on four hob displays. I figured to press the bottom right hob and the minus button at the same time should unlock it.

Yes it is the same.
Make sure that the timer is set to manual, and not on auto or the oven will not work..
It should tell you the procedure in your user instructions.

suspect more than one problem.
half grill not working may be due to half the element gone open circuit.
the other problems could be due to an installation fault. many ovens have links in the connection box which have to be tightened down. this is often overlooked. look at the connection box or terminal strip to check. there is often a diagram of hoiw it should be done adjacent.
