Picture goes off and on every couple of seconds

This is not a power issue, when the picture goes out the screen goes blue.

If you are hooked up to a HD source if the signal is too high will cause this to happen. Normally this will happen due to signal interuptions such as signal being low will cause freeze, too high will cause it to go out and cause the TV to show default blue.
Good luck to you.

Samsung tv picture goes black to blue and red power button light goes on and off

The device sources and the inputs have not been set to the correct mod. There could be a problem with the TV it's self for it to be turning off like a problem with the power supply for the TV.

Goes emiediatly from dos to blue screen over and over

You have one of possibly two issues. Issue one bad memory or memory slot. Test each memory chip individually, one will probably cause the computer to blue screen and that will be the bad chip. If they all cause a blue screen, test in a different slot. If this works then you have a bad slot, if not the try issue two.

Issue two, your OS has become corrupted. Do a fresh install of windows (wipe everything out), then reload your drivers and all software.

hope this helps

Viewsonic VG2021m Image Vanishes on Start Up

Hello,

It is the picture picture board on your monitor that is malfunctioning, since the power led or button is on, but the display screen goes blank after a few seconds, it means the picture board of your monitor has developed fault.

The best thing for you to do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer within your vicinity or any service center to help with the replacement of the picture board because the fault is not something you can fix yourself, in order not to complicate issues.

Take care.

I have an acer aspire 5315 and on start up it goes to a screen about windows not starting up correctly gives option to start in safe mode, last known good configuration, and start normally. If I choose to...

This can be caused by a hardware failure (e.g. hard drive, etc.) or an operating system (OS) issue. Either way I would recommend taking it to a computer repair shop so they can diagnose the issue.
If its an OS issue most likely the cheapest way to fix it will be reloading the OS on a new hard drive(because its cheaper to buy a hard drive then have a company backup your data) then plug in your old hard drive to get access to your data.

Screen will not show picture it will stay blue when power is on

When you power up listen to hear a couple of beeps that come from the computer. If you do not hear them then you have a problem in your i/o processor and that is unfortunately on the only one main board.

Blue glow

I have the same issue with my phillips tv. There is a blue ghosting/pixel issue on the left side. It's still under bestbuy's warranty so I am going to call it in for service. It's more visible with hdmi and high resolution inputs. It does take a while to happen. Looks to be a bad screen possibly.
