When I turn it on the polaroid screen comes up then blue welcome screen can't use any buttons

Are you talking monitor rather than tv? I have an LG 22 inch monitor and the on off button is on the bottom, If I don't hit it right or just tap it, it won't turn off but flashes. Where do you have it plugged in? Is it with some other electronics, or right to the wall outlet? I'm really at a loss as to what your problem really is. Are you using the remote? One quick fix might be the battery's in the remote. If they don't have enough power, short or no signal will be sent to tv or not being able to decipher it.

on the bottom of the camera by the battery theres a little holes size of a niddle,press it in wit a niddle its a reset button phone will restart to factory settings,try pushing button couple times if needed,please leave a comment,vote,note.thankyou

it's the power board (transformer). Buy on ebay for 99.00 and replace.

Hi there!

I work in an electronics store and I've come across this problem before. The only solution that has ever worked for the people who call in or come to see us is pretty simple. You need to unplug your PC from the TV (if you haven't already done so), turn the TV on by using the "channel +" button. Some TV's when turned off at the wall will not turn back on again unless you press the channel + button. Give it a go and see what happens. Let me know if you need more help.

Also, it sounds like your laptop may not have been supported due to the wrong resolution being outputted through your VGA connection. When you get your TV turned on again I'll see if I can help you get them to work together,

try pressing the in/out button that should fix a blank blue screen

This soud like the inverter board no back light to see the screen.
