you have bought a machine for multiple users (apartment. camping sites)
did you get a key for the coin box?
if so. just keep coins handy run them through the coin-op.
otherwise, you may need to employ an electrician to bypass it
i would take hoses off washer and check screens infill valves first.valve may have a thermister in it to control water temp this may be bad.may have to call a tech.
If the washer is filling in the off position, try unplugging the power cord. If the machine continues to fill, you will need to replace the water inlet valve. Here is a link to the part you need.
