Pull the mains plug for 5 minutes. That is the closest you can get to a reset. Some do it by holding the On button as you connect the mains power. Continue to hold for 10 seconds and release. Aha, I just found this, and I was right.

unfortunately it did not help. It won't drain water either.
You can drain manually by lowering the hose into a bucket. Then you need a service call.
You may need to check the drain hose to see if it's clogged or bent when there's water in the washer, thus not draining and has stopped the wash cycle with an error message. If you don't have the manual for the LG Direct Drive washing machine you can download the PDF online. Here sre some trouble shooting codes to consider.
Too Fuzzy to read Amy and this should be posted as you own answer, not tagged on to mine. It is also and incorrect answer as it is nothing to do with the hose or the pump. This issue is the electronic load sensing as the link says, possibly from using the wrong program for the load.
