Sorry but if he is an electrician he should know what to do! The new wall oven will have a sticker on it with the kilowatt rating. The kilowatt rating is used to calculate the current it will draw. This calculation is dependant on your voltage supply. Once this is worked out it will determine circuit size. If your electrician can't work this out you need to find a new electrician.
its only screwed in to back wall no???if screws rusted well then drill htem out.hidden bake elemnet??hidden under oven cavity??in that case right side wall of unit comes off( a few screws down back side of panel and it removes from the side.(shut power first this element is always live!!!!!!!
