To cancel call divert on your Panasonic Kx-TG6821AL phone, you will need to disable the call forwarding feature. Here's how you can do it:
Press the "Menu" button on your phone.
Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Phone Settings" menu and press "OK."
Navigate to the "Call Forwarding" menu and press "OK."
Select "All Calls" from the list of forwarding options and press "OK."
Select "Off" from the list of forwarding options and press "OK."
This should disable the call forwarding feature and allow calls to be received on your Panasonic phone again. If you continue to have issues, you may want to try restarting your phone or contacting your service provider for further assistance.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.
What you want to do is to activate the call forwarding feature offered by your phone company. Different phone companies have different procedures. With many companies you dial *72 then at the second dial tone dial the number to forward to. This number has to answer the call to activate call forwarding. For precise instructions please contact your telephone company.
I don't know where are you from? But in some countries the telecom service provider do not allow to divert phone calls to mobile or another network. The service provider will not tell you. It is like a war within & the customer suffers. Calls can be diverted easily if you have landline & mobile service from the same service provider. You can make sure of this from the service provider. Even in internet broadband services they block each other's website to make life difficult for customers.
Call - Divert. This feature allows you to divert an incoming call to a landline or to any cellular. This way you don't miss out on any important incoming calls. Calls can be diverted when you are busy, unavailable or travelling. The call can be diverted to any landline or cellular within the service provider's network area. Calls cannot be diverted to a cellular of another service provider.
From your Handset menu -
* go to call Divert/Forward. * choose the option you want from the following. * enter the number you want to forward the call to.
Options: You can choose from 4 types of Call Divert services:
1. Call Divert on "not reachable" : Diverts calls automatically to your chosen number when you cannot be reached - such as when your phone is out of network coverage, has a no battery charge or is turned off.
2. Call Divert on "busy" : Diverts calls automatically to your chosen number when your phone is engaged.

There is a feature that allows this to be done, however it is a security risk. Calls can be hacked and routed to anywhere in the world charging long distance to you. If you need it dont then it will need to be done by an installer. Passwords (will be needed) and the programming tool (will be very helpful).
Go to your phone settings, enter the scroll through the call menu to search for call divert. Activate it and wait until you receive a noticefication from your network provides that you have completely Activated it.
