I've tried the holding the power button and volume + keys, that doesn't work. When connecting to my computer via usb, it doesn't show up but is connected. My big issue is an error code process com.android.phone has stopped working, the message won't go away no matter how many time I click it to go away. What can I do to get this to work?
Most tablets have a reset button, look for a small hole on the tablet, switch it on and using a paper clip insert in the hole press down this should reset to factory specs. Take note everything will be deleted so save anything you want to keep
This tablet does have this reset button, but for some reason all it does is a normal reboot. It is not wiping anything
Search in settings it may give information there
Insert object into reset hole, system powers off immediately. Press BOTH volume + and - (up and down buttons) as well as the POWER buttons all at the same time, when the system powers up and the logo appears release ONLY THE POWER BUTTON while still holdkng both V+ and V- ... a few short seconds later the screenw ill change to system recovery. use volume keys to navigate options, use power key to select highlighted option.

To get to the recovery mode menu, you have turn off the tablet, then hold Power and Volume + for 10 seconds.
Then choose "wipe data/factory reset". Then choose "Yes - delete all user data" option. Then choose reboot option.
