This is what the people from the Pinnacle Help Desk emailed me after I spoke with them. We did have 77 cents and a bottle cap in the coin trap and a big hair clog in the drain hose at the back. We never did get the unit to reset by pressing the start/pause button and rotating the knob but did have a successful self-clean cycle and it is now working great!
The user manual should tell what the code means . Turn the power off from the wall socket for a few minutes then turn it back on this may reset the computer, worth a try .
