My Philco/Electrolux freezer was stopped working and displayed E5 error, can you please tell me what's this code. Model no MUFD19V9K50. The control board was checked by an electronic expert, he said it's ok, I checked sensors and thermostat all working, and checked the compressor it's ok.
E5 Error code indicates that the water collection tank is full. To drain the water collection tank completely, leave the bottom drain cap off long enough to allow any residual water to drain out. Once the water tank is completely drained and no more water flows out, reinstall the cap
Testimonial: "Mr Naveed the collection tank is empty and there is no sensor or any device in the water tank assembly"
Mr Naveed the collection tank is empty and there is no sensor or any device in the water tank assembly
There will be an a voltage issue.Check your voltage
The voltage is 230 volts
You must need to clean it
Clean what Mr Naveed ? do you think its a sensor problem ?

I appreciate your inquiry, friend!
Based off what you have described your Frigidaire freezer is displaying an error code of 36 hours. Normally it will display that once power has been restored, it is indicating that the freezer has been without power for 36 hours. Hold the "alarm reset" for 3 seconds and that should help clear out the code. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
Hello - What exactly is your concern? Is the freezer not cooling or displaying an error code?
