We have a Casio CE-3415 till that needs all except one department with 12% tax but one department needs onyl 5% How can we do this?

I haven't worked with this model before, but it probably runs taxes like the other Casio registers. You set two tax rates (tax1 and tax2), then you link each tax to a desired department. See if you can work it out using your manual or flick me a copy and I'll help you through it.

Changing tax rate on the casio te-2000?

Hi.
I don't have the USA version, but most states just use fixed rate tax, so I can probably help you.
I need you to print the current tax so I can see how it has been setup.

Turn the key to Program mode.
3 SUBTOTAL SUBTOTAL (must press subtotal twice)
Make sure you turn back to REG mode.

This will print a list. Look down until you see 0125 through 0325 on the left.
Tell me what the figures are on the right of those three. There is usually three sets of figures for each. don't worry about anything else on the print out, just the info next to 0125, 0225, 0325.
