When the walkie on full charge the charge light is not going to off ?

Hi,

If your battery is flat or close to, then a complete charge is ussually 23 hours. or thereabout, so this is why the light on your charger is still on. The light for a flat battery is red and when the battery is fuuly charges light is green.

8 hours of charging a flat battery, isn't enough, hence the light staying on RED, if I'm not wrong and I doubt that I am.

I hope this has answered your query.

Best regards,
Peter

When charging battery flashes red then stays on red.how long should it take to change to green?.its a dewault9130 18 volt

it doesn't change to green, the solid red light means it is fully charged, there should be a legend on the front of the charger to help you with this. If it flashes real fast the battery is malfunctioning and slow flashing is charging and again solid is fully charger.

Ezip 150 electric scooter. won't start.

Hi, did you charge the batteries for at least 8 hours? Make sure that your charger has a RED Light When you plug it in, You should see Green light in 4-8 hours depending on the Batteries.
Secondly Your scooter batteries were dead when you got the Scooter, Judging from the fact you didn't get a Charger with it. I would recommend getting a voltmeter and checking the battery voltages. If the voltage is 11-12 volts, then you need new batteries. If this doesn't work check that fuse on the scooter it could be blown.

Not sure if this will help... however an altmeter will allow you to test along your electrics for any faults. You can check at the lights for example and throught the system.
