I am not familiar with this kind of stove, but most of the clocks work the same.
NB, before doing this, unplug the stove.
There is one wire that feeds the clock/timer (this wire is often red). And there is a 0-wire (this one is often blue)
When disconnecting that (red) phase wire, the clock will not run anymore, but neither does the oven.
On the clock must be 1 more wire and that goes to the oven. May be this wire is brown.
Just make a connection with the (red) phase wire and the (brown) wire that goes to the oven.
Then the oven will work again but the clock is out of order.
One thermostat (sometimes at the back of the stove) is open/blown or the door locking assembly has failed. To open the door you may remove the back of the stove; take the door locking assembly apart to release the long wire that hooks the door close. On some models you can see the locking the latching mechanism through a **** in the top front and can play with the mechanisms there to release the door. Then you can begin to figure why the door latched in the first place.
