Tecma easyfit premium plus toilet on my boat is not getting water in the bowl.

You need to adjust the water coming in. It is a very complicated system, it has a pump and a solenoid. It has 'programmable water usage. Manual. Page 21 onwards, BUT it says water is not adjustable in Marine Mode.

When adding water to our tecma toilets, initially tte water is clear then run rusty if left unused fir a few days. Where is the rust coming from? How do we fix it?

The only place I can think of is the steel bolts in the bottom that hold the cistern to the toilet bowl. The fix, you could empty the cistern tank, remove the bolts and replace them. Or you could drain and dry the tank inside and cover the bolts with clear silicone. EXCEPT, it appears to be a macerator toilet. The inside is supposed to be ceramic. You would have to fully strip it and check.

How does Tecma toilet work?
The water inlet device delivers clean water to the inside of the toilet bowl. The macerator pump, integrated in the ceramic toilet, grinds the waste and then moves it to the black water holding tank. The flush cycle is activated by pressing the control panel buttons.

It leaks water on the floor around the base when flushed. Only leaks when flushed Godfrey

The wax ring seal on the bottom of the toilet has let go. It isn't tough to fix. Two nuts hold the toilet down. Shut the water line in back off, take the 2 nuts off, and move the toilet aside. You;ll need a new wax ring, so you'll have to scrape the old one off. It will show you how to set it in and set the seat on. It only looks tough, but it's actually simple. Good luck!

Caroma toilet 12years old, concealed cistern. Water leaking around base when toilet is flushed. water level maintained when not flushing, so the leak must be between the cistern and the bowl. Had a plumber...

Fixing a leaky toilet is actually rather simple, requiring few tools and just a little time and effort. In looking at Caroma toilets on Google, they appear to be just a standard type of unit, and should present few if any problems for yourself or any handyman of modest skill.

If it is leaking around the base of the toilet - where the toilet sits on the floor, the repair item is a simple wax seal. Here is a tutorial to effect this repair: Replace Toilet Wax Ring. The wax ring is very inexpensive, usually $5 to $10 USD.

If the water is leaking from between the tank (cistern) and the toilet bowl, the job is even easier, as it does not require lifting and moving the entire toilet. A good tutorial for that repair is here: How to Replace Tank to Bowl Gasket . The gaskets, new nuts, bolts and rubber seals come in a kit and also cost only $5 to $10 USD.

I am sorry to hear your Plumber insisted you buy an entire new toilet, but do remember he is in the business of making money!

Toilet is unstable with respect to the floor. it rocks when you get on and off it.

It needs to be shimed, either floor uneven or casting is not uniform. It is a problum most people don't understand.Toilets when set need to be leveled if not you can break bowl.Go to home depot and in plumbing dept. ask for plastic shims-come in little bag,tap under toilet and then snug down bolts,(don't reef on bolts)when shes tight take flat head screwdriver and hammer and chop off shim flush. You should take dap tub and tile caulk (water soulible) and dap around bottom-keep wiping sponge with clean water around till it looks nice let set up for 12-24 hours, toilet should be rock solid. If by chance its leaking around base you'll have to reset with new wax Richie

Kohler one-piece lowboy..rialto? leaks from suply below tank

I'm assuming based on your post that the leak is outside the toilet near the inlet to the fill valve. Based on 10 years in the business, there shouldn't be holes in or near this place. Have you tried replacing the fill valve? If you go to the hardware store and look at a new fill valve, you will find that there aren't any holes. They aren't expensive, so I would just replace it.
