My TV doesn't connect to the internet so I have to update it manually with usb but no matter how much i browse i can't find the update file anywhere
It's software, not firmware. It's not available from anywhere except Sharp. You need to access your country support page first.

Page 60 of the manual. Note you should only update if there is a specific problem. Everything you take these executable files, there is a chance that you turn your device into a paperweight.

If you television had Bluetooth it would have been a selling point when new. The board would need a Bluetooth chip and aerial transmitter on the board. It is not something that you can add with software. The only way you can do it is with a Bluetooth dongle.
