You will need to print the Printer configuration page.
The procedure is;
Menu > Printer Features > Configuration page.
You will see it in the top.

go to sp mode by pressing reset 107 then press stop for a few seconds then inter copier sp then inter mode then search for clear user .......then press it then press execute then tern the machine off the on i hope that well help u

press the clear mode key and use the key padto enter '107'hold downe clear\stop key for 3 sec enter the service mode and press on the touch panel sp mode and you can work what ever you like
