This noise is more likely coming from the whatever is playing the video that than the camera recording itself. I have seen on old VCR machines. Play the video on something else to test..
Never heard of this before thats for sure i have read the question 3 times and i cannot think of anything likely to cause this --??.-- unless the control switch is faulty but why does one stay on till the brake is pressed ,would need a wiring diagram to see if their is a relay for each side of the dipped beam if and when you sort it out please post a reply as this has me intrigued
I looked at all the settings that you are able to change on MY camera and no.... you can't.... I was wondering that too a while back and I had to just give up on that.... :D hahaha.... but I hope this helped....
Try a video reset. Turn the system off till just the red standby light is on. Then hold the front power button down till it turns on, beeps twice, then shuts down. Then just turn the system back on.
Take the battery out and it will shut off. Leave the battery out for 2 minutes, replace it, and try again. If this does not work, you will need to take your phone into the nearest repair center.
press and hold the tv botton on you dish remote till all the lights light up release the tv botton it should stay flashing then hit the larger of the two red power bottons next you will need to hit the up arrow one at a time till the tv shuts off when the tv shuts off you then hit the # botton at the bottom you wiil see the tv botton flash your code will then be saved
