Hi I have a Vizio 70” tv that has in the right top corner of the screen a black shadow I checked all the led’s an they are all good looking at boards in the tv I found one that has one of the wiring connections has hot and burned just wondering if this is a bad board

Try unplugging the TV for a few minutes (discharges the ballast/ps) then plug in and attempt to power on. I have the 42P Vizio over two years old and ran into the same problem a few times. First thought was a power supply issue, but the unplugging trick worked. Good luck.

YES and NO, the original problem could come from the powersupply, check for all correct voltage...
