Hello, If I understand correctly you result do not display any decimal. If you want a fixed number of decimal digits (exemple 2) Press the [MODE] key a number of times until you reach the screen that displays Fix Sci Nom and under them the numbers 1 2 3 Press 1 to choose Fixed format followed by 2 for TWO Digits 3 decimal digits [MODE] ---------[1 ] (Fix) 3 Hope it helps.

I've had this problem as well. The only fix is to replace the display. You might find another on eBay that you could borrow parts from. I did this with mine 3 times.
