if you ring any fiat dealership with the chassis number and some inor details they will generally give it over the phone free of charge. They should also talk ya throught it.

There is no info on the internet for the unlock. But, I do know if you contact blaupunkt and give them the serial number, they will unlock it for free.

Blaupunkt Boston CC-22 Code Entry
Turn on the radio, the display will show 'COD'
Press preset [ 1 ] repeatedly for the first digit followed by [ station + ]
Press preset [ 2 ] repeatedly for the second digit followed by [ station + ]
Press preset [ 3 ] repeatedly for the third digit followed by [ station + ]
Press preset [ 4 ] repeatedly for the fourth digit followed by [ station + ]
Finally press the [ station + ] button to save.
