Question about Dacor Ovens
It obviously is requesting you to replace the fan and or the relay. If it comes with the oven it is definitely needed.. Bypassing anything could cause a fire and you would lose your home. I wouldn't bypass it. Please have it repaired correctly by an authorized repairman.

The code is telling you that the oven has sensed a fault in the coling fan circuit of the upper oven. Dacor has had a few problems with the cooling fans in these new ovens since theyve been out, so most likely you will have a bad fan motor. If that is the case, be prepared to have the repair person have to pull the oven out of the wall to get to it and change it. If its a realy board problem (less likely) than that can be changed from the front. Call up Dacor and find an authorized servicer in your area since it will still be under warranty. Good Luck!

I got Dacor to give me the number sequence --
- push "cancel" and "#" at same time
- when screen asks for "service ID" enter "S1234"
(get "S" by pushing "7" 5 times)
- screen will list "U60 Cooling Fan" as number 1, so select "1"
- select "clear all", this should clear the error
- hit "cancel" to get out of that screen
Hope this works for you! Best suggestion I have is DON'T BUY DACOR!! We also own their 30" dishwasher, which has been a nightmare experience as well.
