This is a very common problem with VCRs. I have had a VCR that turned off after a few seconds (not sure if that is what the problem is), but with these errors that are sometimes from leaving a tape in the VCR for years, and giving it practice may help. Just keep putting tapes in and ejecting them, see if it will work. I hope so!

Rewind on vcr stops all the time after a few seconds. What can I do to make it go all the way without stopping?

The interior drive belts and rubber drive wheels need cleaning. If you are not a technical person, please bring it to an appliance repair shop to be serviced. You can break the delicate drive parts and sensors if you have never worked on a VCR before.

Panasonic VCR 7350 displays error messages and cant insert tape

There is either some damage to the mechanism or the mode switch is faulty. If you know what to look for taking the top cover off might show what part of the mechanism is damaged.
If it is the mode switch then it will need to be replaced. This can't be done without the service manual as the vcr needs to be set up. And they are never set up in the eject position.

Most everyone I know had problems with the tv/vcr combo including myself. I'll never buy one again. I'm sorry you are having the same problem.
