no PC told, must the word HP PC.
no model, it needs a new keyboard.
to delay all that, any USB keyboard on earth works here, from a DESKTOP

The model of PC or service tag is on one of 3 places, last one is on all.

    1: bottom sticker, tag
2: big battery drops out? tag inside battery well.
3: power on hammer ESC key. see BIOS
see page 1, see model there on all HP.

no photo posted of your PC, at all
    10,000 + models there. are.
    each with different keyboard
and 50 countries of keyboards, made.

The service tag must be told
or no parts cab be found.

all I can do is beg for facts.

The keys on your laptop computer needs to be replaced and have a person that repairs and fixes computers to have a look at your laptop and see if the keys can be repaired or not for your laptop.

    all can be repaired
    only costs matter
the keyboards for sure are sold
    even matching the unstated country
getting the keyboard out can be tricky
the manual at HP.com covers ever PC they made and now to do it, in the service manual,

the problem is no PC told and not country told so is a HARD FAIL.
    that.
the HP parts surfer is here.
guess what is 1st question. omg country

note HP begging that and tag models.

1: GET IT FIXED IN A SHOP
    2: OR LEARN TO.(ask )(+
NO PC TOLD, AT ALL JUST HP.

by that I mean no PC hardware told
as hardware is bad, and that must match the parts, fitted.

most that post here are looking for magic
like the magical, H/G/BS/vol , enable switch. that never exists.
most keyboards die from coffee spills
or just old age. (usage and abuse)

Four keys as g,h, backspace and windows key is not working of my fujitsu siemens amilo pro v 1000 keyboard.

SOLUTION FOR Four keys as g,h, backspace and windows key...:-

I read this on a website and it worked wonders for me. TRY THIS:-

1. Just remove the adapter so that your laptop does not get any power.

2. Let the battery go completely empty and let the laptop get shut down with low battery automatically.

3. After laptop gets shut down, remove the battery and clean it with some cloth. Also clean the battery panel.

4. Press and hold the power button for kind of 30 seconds or so (laptop will not get ON).

5. Plug in the adapter to the laptop and start the laptop normally.

This process will fix it for you.

If the above does not work:-

1. Start the computer in safe mode with the last best configuration. It may also work for you.

Thanks,

My HP ZD7260US 17" laptop has three problems.

It sounds like the volume button on the keyboard may be stuck in the volume down position. Your "c" key may have similar issues. You may want to have a tech check the keyboard connections for those buttons and clean beneath them...

Backspace doesnt work

in all likelihood your shift key is stuck. try pressing and releasing both shift keys in an attempt to "free" them. Also, check to ensure that "sticky keys" is not enabled on your computer(pressing and holding the shift key for about 10 seconds should pop up a window if it is. if the window appears, just make sure that the key is not "stuck" by windows).

Solution: mechanical agitation for your shift keys to attempt to free them, and a good thorough cleaning for all of your keyboard with canned air and/or a lint free cloth damp with dilluted isoprophyl alchohol to prevent this from happening in the future with these or other keys. Alternately, replace your keyboard.
