I have damaged the LCD panel ribbons on a Samsung 65 QLED flat screen. Model #QN65Q6DRA. Are these ribbons replaceable and/or fixable? I can add some pictures detailing the issue if need be.

The screen and the LCD are broken and are going bad and should be replaced for your TV and the ribbon might also be damaged too and needing to be replaced.
Start by removing, cleaning and replacing the LVDS cable (from main to tcon board) then do the same to the flat ribbon cables going from the tcon to panel board and see if you have the same issue, if you do try a new tcon board.
you could have a faulty LCD/t-con ribbon connection, or a failing LCD panel. I would suggest you try and reseat the ribbon cables to the panel and t-con, if you are comfortable doing this!
hello! unless the display panel has been physically damaged, which it seems by your description, replacing t-con board or trying to reconnect panel's ribbon cables first, may solve the problem. otherwise, the cost of new panel voids any reasonable repair. Good luck, Alex.
This is a "screen problem" Worth a try is to remove the LVDS lead at the screen end,..... take great care here, there are nomally two clips each end of the plug. and refit it.
Also the flat ribbon cables to the screen, again take care. Damage to the plugs can write off the panel
This normally causes vertical stripes or errors, but Iv'e had all sorts of strange effects with these leads
Not fixable or worth fixing. The LCD screen panel is broken or damage, will cost the same to replaced the LCD screen same as a new tv.The LCD screen panels or any screen panels for that matter. The tv screen panels are limited produced by the the tvs corporations.Tvs are damages or boken screen panels are only can be salvage for it electronic boards for parts, not worth as a whole tv anymore.
If the lines are stationary then the damage may be in the screen itself
IF in just a part of the screen that may not be fixable.
If covering the entire screen, then check to see if the screen has a
ribbon on the rear connecting the top board to the side board.
Check the ribbon that goes from the video board to the back of the screen, see if moving it about changes anything.
If the lines move up and down, then the problem may be in the video
card itself. This usually isn't fixable or should I say not worth the
cost to fix if you can find someone that does video chips.

Without a model number I gather the TV she threw the remote at is a LCD tv? If so look at replacing the set as the LCD panel is now damaged and usually cost more that what a replacement set will. There is no fixing a damaged LCD panel.
Sadly there is no repair for the damaged screen and trying to replace it may be as much as buying a new one this is because the screen is one of the main components but I recommend you check with your local TV repair man some one should give you a good price keep in mind that this repair should not exceed 65% of the current value of the TV, that is already to much.
