Even after I factory reset my digitland dl9002 tablet I can't get past the Google account that was previously from the previous owner so how do I get past that

All questions need full 'make model (what is is)', especially as this question is make specific. You can bypass Google FRP, it is there to stop theft because it needs information from the original owner. Replace the word '(MAKE)' with yours.
It is called Google FRP and it is the details that you put into access the Google Play Store. It also there to stop theft. Just log in with your Google Account or the account of the person that bought it.
You have to be signed in with the "owner" account of the phone (the one you used to set it up) in order to factory reset it. That means if you give me your phone or Tablet, I can't reset it without you being signed in. There are random workarounds on the Internet, but they tend to get patched almost as soon as they are discovered. You'll pretty much need to know the login details for the last account to use the phone before you can reset it and create a new owner account.
have u removed your or previous owner google account off before you did a factory reset or have you tried hard reset but you need to take google account off first before u do it
Simply do a hard reset/factory reset for the tablet. This will return the tablet to the way it was as if you are unboxing it for the first time from the pack.
Then, you can freshly configure it with your own Google account.
