On the back there is a box where the masters are used, remove and check for any play between the master and the shipping box. Open trough the green lever the lid covering the box used masters and check the part that carries the master used for the box, if there pieces or entire master mired in this piece. Let her go trough the alavacas extremities. Make sure the drum is with the clamp without damage, because it holds and releases the master of the carregamanto and unloading of master. check master disposal box. take it out and check for jams

1) If disposal will not drain: Clean the tubular drain under sink.
Remove 2 nuts on p-trap, and trap falls loose, then remove tailpiece on side of disposal, hand rag over opening to direct water downward, turn on water, turn on disposal and see if disposal empties, clean p-trap, and then reassemble tubular drain.

2) If disposal will not drain and will not run: Clean tubular drain, check for power to disposal.
If disposal is getting power and will not run, and reset button is not tripped out, and cutter disk rotates freely, then disposal is bad.

That is a master disposal jam. Check to see if a belt is off in the disposal area.pull out the drum and disposal box to see the belts check you may need a flashlight.

The master cylinder is located under the wiper motor on the driver's side. the bps is screwed into the master cylinder underside.

sounds like the sensor is stuck when you put the box back in make sure it is square and sometimes if you open the front door whilst replaceing it the close rhe door after the reset can work check the sensor arm .. this hangs down in the middle where the box goes back in on the face plate of the side of the machine

Remove the power cable from power source for few minutes. If its a temporary software issue it will get sorted out. Pull out master roll and reinsert it. Check wether you have properly inserted the master disposal tray or not. If these don't work ask for further assistance.

make sure that you empty the master disposal box...
also check for this sensor. if it is not present you will need to have it replaced

drain machine, turn off power , get vacuum cleaner nozzle into drawer slot (make sure its dry or u'll have to post a repair for vacuum cleaner repair) remove all deposits for chamber , shake and bang machine to lossen deposits. if drawer has metal clips or something that looks like sensors (does not have to have wires attached to be a sensor) clean !
