That is unusual. It seems there is need to update the firmware for that Samsung and perhaps this adjustment may lock in the settings. Call the manufacturer for directions on how to update the device.

Hi try spraying the volume control pot with. Electronic cleaner solvent u will have to open the receiver to spray the pot ....u can buy the spray on E,/BAY ......GOOD LUCK

If it is a modern machine then it will most likely have wi-fo connectivity. The best place to check is either in the user manual or look at the manufacturer website to check out its full specification. Whilst you are there if it does indeed have wifi then you also find out how to activate it.

Try a quick blast of compressed air into the headphone jack area. Worked great for me.
