Yes. Connect one of the sd cards to a computer and drag the photo onto your desktop. Now connect the second card and drag the photo onto the second sd card so that both photos are on the same card. If you have a mac, the sd cards will appear on your desktop. If you are using windows, I believe it shows up under your start menu and then my computer (though to be honest, I haven't used a computer with Windows in a while).
Only your manual can tell you that. Find out what card is compatible AND make sure you format it first using your digital photo frame settings software. You manual will tell you how to do that. Always works better that way.
