Why would my lubed Proform Crosswalk 480 treadmill abruptly stop after 30 secs? I have lubed/adjusted the belt, cleaned the motor, and blown the dust out with no luck.

Measure the output Voltage from the control board for to input to the Motor, if there are NOT voltage from output the control BOARD is faulty, replace.

see the diagram, and RUN the software calibration for diagnose and troubleshooting. lube the gear and racking from elevation motor, clean, and tigh any wires connectors:
Dear Sir: LUBE the deck belt, is lack of maintenance, maybe you have to change the deck belt, this produce enough friction and shut down the machine for to protect the electronic system.
