Hi your problem to your cellphone is Ear piece if you not hear the ringtone and voice to your talking.
you need to repair a hardware and replace the earpiece.thanks :)
I'm showing your problem in the cell phone category but I guess we are talking about an office phone set up. There should be a way to just pick up the phone when another co-worker is doing a training call by pressing the button for the line he is using. If not then perhaps the manual suggests a way to set up a conference call.
Use feature 986 (transfer to VM) then enter in the co-workers extension number. That will bypass the extension and send the caller directly to his voicemail.
The problem with your phone is that the mouth piece on your phone is bad that is why people you call or people that calls you cannot hear you.
All you need to do is to replace the mouthpiece on your phone, after you have change the mouthpiece, you will see that people you call or that calls you can hear you while talking.
All you need do is just to replace the mouth piece of your phone and you see that people will start hearing you when you talk on the phone.
Thanks for the opportunity to help with your problem. If you also have voice mail through your phone service provider, it's possible that while you are on the phone, the incoming call is "waiting" (meaning you are hearing a beep while you are still talking assuming you have call waiting). If you don't pick up the incoming call, your caller will hear your "voice mail" message and leave a message. However, your answering machine will not indicate that you have a message.
