Hook it up to the computer, if you are not asked what you want to do by a pop up window. Go to > my computer > right click > chose explore > Look for your files you want to copy on to the player, > right click and > chose copy. Find the Music folder on the player and > click that folder > right click and > chose paste.

> First open the menu.
> Then profile & then go onto your desire profile you want to use.
> After that go on ringtones.
> And then finally you can select your ringtones from your Mp3 music. :)

Before you connect anything to a computer, you have to install the software that came with the device. If they did not give you a disk with the software, they gave you a link, where you can download the software you need. The software contains a driver, so the computer can connect to the hardware you connect and the software to connect to transfer to and manage the software to the MP3 player.
