Testimonial: "it is printing content from PDF file. Just that PDF with barcode is not getting printed."
Load the font first in your printer command.

Testimonial: "The font is already loaded/available in printer preferences. Using this on windows machine. The printer driver version is 6.3.9600. Is this driver or firmware related?"
This is probably not firmware related. There is an option for windows direct printing which would allow you to send the commands directly. There's another option (shown in Labelview and Bartender, but should work elsewhere) where you can send the file to be printed as an image. This would remove any squares or squiggly lines that would show if the font was not interpreted correctly by the driver.
Lastly, you can try to update the driver.

SOURCE: improper printing of barcodes
recalibrate the label length in the printer(hold feed and power up). from memory bar-one uses the label settings from windows, so go into printers and faxes under control panel and correct the label size

SOURCE: Zebra TLP2844 does not print the barcode label
Turn off the printer, then hold down the feed button while you turn it on again. After the configuration label prints, turn the printer off and on again, then try to print your labels.
If the barcodes still don't print, make sure they don't extand past the top, bottom or side of the label. If you software allows you to "clear the label cache" or "re-image the enitre label", try that.

SOURCE: 304 barcode damaged
Try one of the following:
1. Turn the printer off, then back on
2. Reverse the ribbon; perhaps it is upside down
Once the printer is powered on and the ribbon is in correctly, the printer should work.

SOURCE: ladder orientation barcode printing bad resolution needs correcting
Try slowing down the speed of the printer. Faster speeds degrade the quality of your print. Try printing your serial (ladder) barcodes at 2-4 inches per sec. It should improve the quality of your format.
