Ours is 2-3 yrs old & has worked perfectly until about 3 months ago. Now it clunks LOUDLY inside the wheel base & can be felt in the peddle pads. We've tried carefully oiling the parts we can get to to no avail.
I tried reaching out to Body Champion via email, but never heard back.
We are at a loss for what to do. It looks like one "could" maybe slice open the big stickers over the seam that runs along the main body's metal cover & perhaps unscrew all the screws all over it, but I use this bike 4-5 times/wk & am afraid of making things worse or rendering it unusable.
Any ideas?
Checking the internet this machine is often not well rated. Often owners complain of squeaks noise and plastic parts breaking. If possible I would return the item through Amazon's item return if possible.
