My BH camera system model # 62463 is very old, but I really am the old one... it has been many years since I used the DVR and I cannot remember the username, but I know the password. Is there any way to either retrieve it off of the hard drive or factory reset the unit and start again?

I actually found out that it had never been configured - here is the standard factory access info: All Oki network printing devices support configuration changes via a standard web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. When applying a configuration change to a device the user is prompted for a user name and password. The following details should be entered: User Name: root Password: last six digits of the MAC address* *You can find the MAC address on the network summary web page or by printing off a menu from the printer.

if lost PW, only the maker can reset it.
this is by DESIGN.
next time write them down.
on any modern devices. or pain is future.
mine has admin PW and users PW.
