Yesterday my wife had the car battery replaced by the RAC and her Pioneer DEH-2050MPG unit doesn't work now and gets no power to it. I checked the car fuse for the radio and it appears to be okay

Check all of your fuses. There are probably two fuse boxes in the vehicle. There may be a fuse either inline or on the back of the radio.

Kitchenaid dishwasher model kuds40cvwho does not run. The unit receives power. The latch appears to be working properly. The thermal fuse shows 0 resistance n the ohm meter.

In addation to the thermal fuse have you checked the door switchs to be 0 ohms resistiance as well??

ya made need to trick the latch to thinking its closed so ya can check the switches in the door closed position

If the switches do check to be good and the thermal fuse is known to be good the problem will be with the control board and long as verifing that their is power at the thermal fuse/into the control

The microwave will not operate or turn on even though it has power

The main fuse in the microwave has blown, this is often caused by a defective door switch.

Unit will not start up. Push on button. Just dead. Appears to be connected correctly to a good battery. What could be the problem.? Are there fuses involved? Thank you for your help. Larry

There should be an in-line fusible link on the power supply wire and it should be checked for a blown fuse. If there is no fuse protecting the head unit, it may have received a voltage spike internally and caused internal circuit damage, requiring replacement. What can be done is remove the head display unit and wire it (with a fuse link) to battery posts and see if it powers up. If the unit does not come on, then the head unit will need to be replaced.

Doesn't want to stay on

If your GPS unit powers down before it can fully boot up, use the steps below to charge the GPS unit and test the vehicle power cable:
  1. Connect device to a computer that is powered on
    • The unit should power On when you plug it in showing a computer plugged into the GPS unit on the screen (Mass Storage Mode)
  2. Press Reset button on the bottom of device if it does not power On*
  3. Allow the unit to set and charge for 3-4 hours
Once the device is charged please take it to the vehicle and test it on the vehicle power cable.
  1. Connect the device to the vehicle power cable
  2. Connect the vehicle power cable to outlet on vehicle
  3. Power the vehicle On
  4. Device should automatically power on
    • If a battery icon appears directly to the left of the time then it is not receiving a charge from the vehicle
    • Please check the fuse in the vehicle power cable
      • The end of the cable unscrews to reveal this fuse
      • Check to make sure the wire element inside the fuse is in contact and that there is no discoloration.
      • If you see either of these the fuse needs to be replaced with the replacement fuse specifications listed on the sticker attached to the cable.
      • If the fuse looks good and there is still no light, the vehicle power outlet may need to be checked to see if it has power.
*Note - The reset button may be found on either the left or right side. In some cases if the device does not have a reset button slide the power key to the left or On position for about 10 - 15 seconds.

Fuse f2 has blown on my R-957 (sl) M jet convection and grill microwave any ideas ? Thanks

To check the internal fuse, you will need to remove the outer case. Disconnect the power and remove all screws from the back of the unit that appear to be holding the case in place. Most makes will then remove the case by sliding them toward the the back of the unit. The fuse should be easily accessable in the control panel area. Most will pull right out for inspection. If the fuse is bad, you can usually get a replacement at Radio Shack. Take the old one with you. Good luck.

Sony str-da50es. Does not power when power button is pushed.

Hi,
This problem is very common in this model the solution is to replace the fuse with improved one 10A 125V of type CES710A having part No.1-576-695-11. Remember that this fuse would be larger in size of earlier one so that you have to drill it first in the holder and adjust the fuse to a proper space of 1.4 drill bit.
Do the changes and your product work fine.
Thanks.

Problem

If the AC power source (outlet) is ok and the line cord and fuse are ok but the unit is completely dead, you may have a problem with the internal switching power supply.

Locate the switching power supply and see if there is a fuse on its circuit board.

Completely dead units are typically caused by a failure in the power supply section.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance to you.

Good luck!
