You need to go to Panasonic dot com search for TC-32LX70, go to software updates. Use a blank SD card and format it save the firmware file SDDL.SEC to it. Carefully open the "service panel" you may need to remove the entire back case? since it seems the frame is holding the service panel down. 1)power on the TV 2)insert the SDcard with firmware update into the rear(lx70) or the sdcard slot on the side(lx700) 3)follow the on-screen instructions. 4)when it's finished, remove the SD card. turn off or unplug for 30+ seconds then plug it back in. 5)power on. 6) perform the first time setup.
