I have a MP620-4G and I would like to know can I purchase the charge or the cable that would allow me to connect to my computer.

I'm sorry that the Player is not charging as expected. It is possible that the usage of non-original cable will give the Charge Error. Please follow the below troubleshooting steps and check the operation before purchasing the original cable to make sure that the issue is not with the player or the connectivity.

1. Please make sure that the USB connection to the Computer is secure and firm.
2. Try connecting the player to a different USB port on the Computer.
3. Avoid connecting to USB hubs.
4. Try removing other USB devices otherthan keyboard and mouse.
5. Restart the Computer and try again.
6. Try connecting to a different Computer to confirm the issue is not with the Computer.

This unit comes with a charger (AC). There is alxo a car charger. Both have a USB connecter that plugs into the side of your unit.

are you sure that your batterys not dead? when you attempted to start it, did the engine turn over? or did nothing? clicking sound? do headlights come on when you try? if not, then try to boost it from another car with booster cables,when the cables from the other car are connected,allow the booster car to run engine while the cables are connected to your battery for 10minutes before you attempt to start your car. this will allow your battery to build the charge to start your engine. if this does'nt work the first time,allow the battery to charge from the booster car for 15minutes. if this does'nt work,remove your battery and take to an autozone or advance auto parts store.they will charge and check your battery for free! you have nothing to lose. if you do not have the above named stores close to you then, charge your battery with a battery charger.which you can purchase at wal-mart or harbor freight tools,k-mart,or a pawn shop! hope this assists you! you can vote on my assistance if you choose to. either way,i know that i've attempted to assist someone somewhere for free! thank you!

You need a nano USB charger cable to connect the nano to your computer or an AC adapter USB nano cable to plug the nano into an AC outlet. You can find a variety of cables and adapters on the internet that will allow you to charge your nano.

Hello Following issue could be possible

Issue:Main computer battery does not charge.
Cause:This issue can be caused by any of the below possibilities.

1. Computer AC / DC cable is bad not allowing the computer battery to charge.
2. Battery is bad.
3. Battery charger board is bad.

Solutions:
Computer AC / DC cable is bad not allowing the computer battery to charge
Verify that the AC and or DC cable is not bad by testing the computer only with the power plug connected and the battery out of the laptop.
Battery is bad
It is possible that if the power plug is good that the computer battery is bad. Leave the computer connected to the power with the battery connected in the computer for at least one hour; if the battery does not charge, consider having the battery and/or the laptop serviced or repaired.
If the computer and/or battery is not in warranty consider just replacing the battery as it is very likely that it is just a bad battery.
Battery charger board is bad
If the battery has been replaced or an alternate battery from an alternate identical laptop does not work in the computer, it is likely that the power or charger board within the laptop is bad. It is recommended that the laptop be serviced or repaired.

If you purchased your Blackberry new, it should have come with a cable (usually micro usb to standard usb), and a driver/software disk. This allows the BB to both connect to the PC and charge. Depending on the model, it won't charge without the driver installed, even though you may get a small icon that says you're connected.

Also - the Blackberry desktop software will allow you to syncronize your contacts.

It take a day to charge the 260 WITH the correct cable for your computer as it will only trickle charge it.
Car charge does it in 2 - 3 hrs. If car is not charging it check the fuse in the end of the charger

You can get it from the cellphone repair shops/cellphone shops near you, but most of the time, you can purchase data cable for your phone in some establishments that provide computer hardwares or devices which are to be connected to a computer. U can also order online, if it is more comfortable for you...there they can have it delivered straight to your office or home and charged the price and service charged to your credit card....And yah! most data cables support internet application by connecting it to a computer, but you have to install it first and set the services, u can find the instructions along with your datacable purchase....
