There should be a fan control center for the unit to switch from hi speed for cooling, lo speed for heating.

Fan will only blow on low when heat is on

your fan most likely is wired for low speed for heat which is common. this should be determined when furnace is set up properly. motors that aren't modulating motors and are multispeed motors typically have low medium and high taps that come off the motor and go to the corresponding relay on the board. low and medium speeds are used for heat and high and medium speeds are used for cooling. but only one speed for heat and one speed for cooling many times medium never gets used. im not familiar with klimaire is this a mini split system and not a regular air handler. cause speed control should be adjustable from the remote. if its a split but if not reaching desired speed due to a malfunction in the units could cause it to run low speed just to maintain the temperature exiting the indoor unit.

How can I make the ac quieter inside the house?

If you have hard ducts, you can use some flex duct between the supply plenum and the hard ducts as a way to quiet the noise down.

Kenmore over the stove microwave, model # 721.62629200,only low speed fan works on the keypad,no high speed fan.

The fan has a setting for high speed, low, and off. Fan only running at low speed. This indicates problem towards. 1) the fan motor. 2) The loose fan wiring. 3) The fan switch. IN the unit there is a motor for fan.If the motor gets weak or short. The fan will run but only at low speed.Because at high speed the motor will require more power to run.In this case motor needs to be checked and replaced. The other possibility is the fan wiring. There are two wires going from fan to motor and two going from motor to power board. If any of this wire is got loose or getting short then this will stop the fan to run in high speed. In this case the wires needs to be checked and reconnected properly. In the unit there is a switch internally. When you select the fan to high speed mode the switch goes up. when you select the fan to low speed mode the switch turns down. But if the switch is faulty or got worn out. Then it will not move properly up/down.In this case switch needs to be replaced.IN some brand models the High speed and low speed are directly controlled from front control panel. There is no switch in that models. In that case the control panel needs to be checked and replaced. Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

Trane Air Conditioner air handler drips water

are you still having issues with your twg030a140b1? the heatpump that you own should not be having this issue the question is the configuration of the coil in the AHU is it properly installed. I am a distributor for Trane equipment and am wondering if the install tech installed correctly

Why does my fan runs continus. and the condenser won't run out side.

The fan runs continously because your condensor is not kicking on and removing the heat. The thermostat needs to come under the set temp. to kick off the fan. If your compressor doesn't run and the fan on the outside unit does run, your compressor has an issue. If nothing runs outside, then your transformer on the inside unit(air handler) has an issue. This could also be a control relay on the condenser or the air handler.

Condesor fan stops working

is it one of those Smart motors? it is there save on the electric bill. you actually only need a motor that run fast enough to remove the heat from the coils, one speed you just do not get power saving.

I HOPE I AM USING THIS PROPERLY......MY ? IS IN MY

The indoor blower motor is sometimes a 3 speed motor. The heat usually works on low or medium speed. But the a/c is usually on high speed, this gives greater air flow across the evaporator coil to give you better cooling, also better air flow at ducts. These speeds are usually wired through a relay in the inside unit (air handler). They can be changed. If you go to thermostat and put the fan switch to "on" the blower should operate on "high" speed. With the fan switch set to "auto"the operation will determine the fan speed.Hope this helps. Trane air handler cycling rapidly

Depending on the age of your Trane unit. The fan relay has a time delay. This is a solid state board on the relay. Most of the time they stick on or off. Check for loose wires. But start with relay.

Air conditioner blower

From your discription... I would think you have a problem in the thermostat. Does the fan run in cool if you put the fan in the ON position. Some older t-stats have a jumper between terminals that brings the fan on in cool. You will need to find out if there is low voltage power between the green t-stat wire and common in the air handler. If you have a Gas furnace the fan comes on by a temp control also there is a door switch. If the door is off the door switch will be open. and no fan.
